The Survival Bottle is an Unversed found in Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep Final Mix.
The player can transform into this Unversed using the exclusive Illusion-S command. It show a resemblance to Vile Phial in Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep.

At the beginning of the mission, the Survival Bottle will fill the area with poisonous gas, which drains the characters HP gradually, then it will teleport away.
In order to survive, the character should move quickly to the Unversed position and strike it with the Keyblade, which will restore some HP. Also, it is recommended to fill character's deck with healing commands, in case they start to run low on health before reaching the Survival Bottle.
If they manage to survive two minutes, they'll be rewarded with the Illusion-S command.
