Sleep (スリプル Suripuru?) is a technique found in Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep and Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep Final Mix. When used, it inflicts the Sleep status effect on the surrounding enemies.

In Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep, Sleep is a Basic Magic Command that takes up one slot in the Command Deck, has a maximum level of 3, a reload time of 10 seconds, and fills the Command Gauge by 8%.

Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep[]
- Terra, Ventus, and Aqua can purchase Sleep from the Command Shop for 100 munny once one world is cleared or the command has already been obtained elsewhere.
- Terra can find Sleep in a chest at the Tower Room.
- Ventus can find Sleep in a chest at the Tower Room.
- Aqua can find Sleep in a chest at the Gate.
- The Maleficent D-Link has Sleep in its Lv.0, Lv.1 and Lv.2 Command Deck.
