At one point, the world was destroyed by the Heartless, and its remains came to be known simply as Hollow Bastion. Thanks to the efforts of the Hollow Bastion Restoration Committee, the world was restored to its former glory, and was returned to the rulership of Ansem the Wise after the end of the Second Keyblade War.
History
Under Ansem the Wise
At some point, Radiant Garden was a glorious kingdom renowned as the "city of light", ruled from the castle of Hollow Bastion by Ansem the Wise, a Sage-King that was assisted by his apprentices.
