Well, I could lie and tell you what I am, when I'm actually a brilliant artist, or even a scholar. I could tell you that I dream of world peace. When I'm actually planning its destruction. The truth is what you see with your eyes, not what you hear.

Master of Masters to a young Master Xehanort.

The Master of Masters is a Keyblade Master who appears in Kingdom Hearts χ. He is responsible for training the five Foretellers and gifting them with the Book of Prophecies.

Personality[]

The true personality of the Master is unknown due to his contradicting manner in all his appearances. He constantly behaves in an unpredictable and eccentric manner despite his extraordinary intelligence and wisdom but his ability to stage the Keyblade War while ensuring the worlds would still exist, manipulating his own loyal apprentices with no apparent qualms despite their absolute loyalty and his apparent affection for them, indicates a machiavellian personality.

His true allegiance remains unknown as although he apparently cared enough for the existence of the worlds to ensure they would survive despite willing to let several disastrous events unfold. In addition, he is quite capable of being serious, as displayed by his ability to strike clear worry into his extremely powerful apprentices when they asked him regarding their roles, despite often returning to his old self.

His talks with Luxu and Xehanort reveal more of his true feelings. He is shown to be cynical over the current state of the world and supports Xehanort's view that the current state of the world has the weak steal power from the strong and unjustly claim it was righteous and that such hearts would only give birth to more darkness, while also stating he believes that what is right is not what is heard but what is seen. He seeks to end the fight with the darkness once and for all but, his previous experiences fighting the darkness and losing many if not all of his comrades has left him hardened and bitter and willing to do whatever it takes. He himself freely admits that what he is doing is not heroic despite his apparent good intentions, showing he is fully aware that his plans would cause a great deal of suffering and destruction and while appearing callous about it, is more of somberly resigned to opposition. His first plan to end the conflict is to end the Keyblade War and destroy the world. He then would recreate the world to trap the conscious beings of Darkness in the new data world and plant the seeds of light for the future generation to defeat the darkness. He enacted his plan by using his apprentices to ensure the conclusion of the Keyblade War.

The Master of Masters himself firmly stands against the Darkness to where he expresses clear shock that Luxu would compare Darkness to himself and considered the entity that refers to itself as Darkness as being his complete opposite. This is despite Darkness referring to the Master as an old friend, showing that the Master ultimately remains inclined to the light, even if he is willing to let darkness rampage. While conversing with Darkness, he keeps a polite tone but also makes his stance against it clear as he specifically stated that he ended the original world to recreate it to a better one with future generations of light capable of defeating the forces of darkness and also stated that he would have never let Darkness read the Book of Prophecies had it contained knowledge of everything.

Physical Appearance[]

The Master of Masters appears as a person completely concealed in a black coat. Nothing else is known about the Master's appearance beneath the hood, although according to Chirithy he has an eye that gazes into the future. As the Master has installed one of his eyes inside the Gazing Eye, he has seemingly lost one of his eyes, although it remains unknown if he can't just regenerate or replace it. His eye is teal-blue, and is slitted like a cat's.

History[]

Before Kingdom Hearts χ[]

When the Master of Masters was just a boy, the Keyblade War had already began between light and darkness. There were other Keyblade wielders at that time and he stated that he had many comrades and loved ones but he didn't have a Master of his own despite being a Keyblade Master, implying that he created the title himself. During the battle with the darkness, it took the form similar to, but not quite, that of a human. In time, the Master of Masters lost many of his comrades as darkness overtook their hearts.

Kingdom Hearts χ Back Cover[]

Years later, the Master of Masters studied the χ-blade and used the skills he learned to take in six apprentices, Luxu, Ira, Ava, Invi, Aced and Gula, and trained them into becoming Keyblade Masters of their own right. To assist them the Master gave them Keyblades crafted from their own hearts and new names. The Master of Masters also created the Book of Prophecies using the Gazing Eye Keyblade, which allowed him to see anything the Eye sees at any point in the future. He copied his findings multiple times so his apprentices (excluding Luxu) could have their own Book of Prophecies.

He bestows Luxu the Gazing Eye Keyblade and instructs him to pass it onto his apprentice so that the Gazing Eye can relay future events to the Master so that he can write the Book of Prophecies. He then orders Luxu to watch but, not interfere as event happen between his fellow apprentices and also gives him the Black Box. The Master decides to tell Luxu about its contents, on the condition he swears not to tell anyone else. Whatever it was caused Luxu great surprise and when he asks him why, the Master simply said that "he'll see" sinisterly.

The Master of Masters reveals to Ira that he will disappear and makes him leader of the Foretellers to keep his other apprentices in check, but rebukes Ira's desire to prevent the Keyblade War, stating it was inevitable.

He tasks Aced to be Ira's right-hand man, with the caveat of taking charge should Ira prove to slack in his task, counting on Aced's forceful personality to push Ira into action.

The Master assigned Ava to gather exceptional Keyblade wielders for a new organization away from the Unions. These "Dandelions" would be made up of Keyblade wielders regardless of Union and would flee the world, when the Keyblade war began.

The Master of Masters installed Invi as the moderator, tasked with keeping watch over the others and keep the peace with the likely intention to delay the Keyblade War.

Gula was tasked to stop a traitor among the foretellers as described in the Lost Page of the Book of Prophecies. To help Gula, the Master assisted the Foretellers different roles so he can conclude that the one who deviates from their role is the traitor.

Finally he creates the Chirithy to aid Keyblade wielders, with a warning to his apprentices that if the wielder falls to darkness, their Chirithy will be corrupted and become a Nightmare.

With his plans in place, the Master of Masters vanishes without a trace, leaving the Foretellers to manage their Unions and each other to themselves.

Kingdom Hearts χ[]

After helping Chirithy fend off the Minute Bombs in Daybreak Town, the Player goes to sleep. They have a dream in which the five Foretellers are conversing with the Master. Before the Player has a chance to approach the Foretellers, they are engulfed in darkness and wake up.

Kingdom Hearts Union χ[]

Flashbacks are shown of the Master of Masters talking to Luxu in the Daybreak Town control center. The Master tells him that the Keyblade War actually began when the he was a child. The war was fought between light and darkness with the light comprised of wielders who were different from Keyblade wielders. Darkness composed of monsters, who looker similar to people. Since darkness was constantly changing forms and hiding amongst humans, the Keyblade War could never end.

However with the coming battle of the five Unions, the connected worlds would be broken up. The Dandelions would return after the destruction and rebuild the world. The light in the hearts of children and its natural opposite darkness could never be erased. The Master of Masters tells Luxu that the goal is not victory but, a ceasefire between the light and dark.

Luxu questions why the Master would trust fate of the world to other people but the Master replies that why Ava's role exists; to obtain the best wielders of the world to form the basis of the future. Luxu asks if the Dandelions could go home after their duty is fulfilled but, the Master admits that not all of them would make it to the end.

The Master of Masters is also seen in a flashback giving Master Ava a list of people for her to recruit to the Dandelions. These five wielders were marked to become the new Union leaders of the Dandelions, with one of them designated to be given a copy of the Book of Prophecies. Ava was to recruit Ephemer, Skuld, Brain, Lauriam and Strelitzia. This group called the Dandelions would flee the world when the Keyblade War began and take refuge in a data backup of Daybreak town. The Dandelions would ensure the light wouldn't expire when the real world shattered.

Luxu and the Master of Masters again convenes at the Control Room of Daybreak Town, where Luxu expresses his frustration with the Master's plan. Luxu feels that the destruction of the world would betray his ideals as a Keyblade wielder, that they should be fighting the darkness rather than running away from it. The Master retorts that Luxu learned nothing from his teachings and to live life in the moment, rather than worrying about the future. Luxu replies that he doesn't want to sit around for the future to arrive and the Master of Masters tells him that darkness could be defeated but, that it takes time. So much time that they couldn't do it in a single lifetime. They would have to end the world, to abandon the notion of time and what separates the worlds. All to defeat the darkness.

In another conversation between Luxu and the Master of Masters at the Control Room of Daybreak Town, the Master reveals he had spoken to Darkness several times, though neither of them got through to the other due to their unconventional views. Luxu asks if Darkness could speak and the Master said that it learned through watching them. Luxu questions if Darkness was watching them now and the Master says it's possible, freaking Luxu out. The Master calms his apprentice down, stating the Darkness wouldn't come near them without reason.

Lastly Luxu asks about the safety of the Dandelions, to which the Master admits that they would encounter the Darkness and that the Darkness could be unpredictable. However the Darknesses' weakness were people pure of heart with their minds being completely foreign to the Darkness. Darkness could only understand people's action but not their reasoning, just as people can't understand Darkness's reasoning. That's one of the reasons, the Master describes, as to why being of light and the Darkness were always fighting.

Luxu is still unsure about the Dandelions while, the Master points out that the Book of Prophecies tells of a future with light so the Dandelions must have succeeded. Although, the Master admits to skipping over the Dandelion's members fate in writing the book. Luxu questions if the Dandelions are so important why didn't the Master record its members fate in the book, to which the Master concludes that Luxu would never stop thinking about them. The Master of Masters gives Luxu permission to watch the Dandelions in their new data world but, reminds him that he can only watch and not interfere.

On a hill overlooking Daybreak Town, one of the 13 willful Darknesses asks the Master about his plans for the world. He replies that the world exists in three stages. First Keyblade wielders would gather and be grouped into Unions. Second, as they fight the darkness and see their leaders fall their members would dwindle, while the Dandelions would stand on their own and flee to the data world. Finally the Dandelions would fight the darkness in their data world and as the seven lifeboat pods depart, the world would end.

The Darkness asks the Master if he came to the world to destroy it and the Master admits that it's more of a by-product of his plans. The Darkness wonders why the Master would waste his time, when he has the Book of Prophecies to tell him of the future. The Master laughs at this notion, telling the Darkness that he would never have allowed it to peak at the book if it told everything. The Master states that the Book of Prophecies can only see what the Gazing Eye Keyblade sees and only the things that are important enough to write.

However the Master admits the contents of the Book doesn't matter, only the beginning and the ending of the book. The Darkness asks him to elaborate and the Master explains the mechanics of the lifeboats; that in order to travel through time, the user would need a medium to reform their body and someone with memories of the user, to repopulate themselves with their memories. The Book, the Master explains, is his waypoint to direct himself to a particular moment in time. The eye in the Gazing Eye Keyblade is the medium while Luxu has memories of the him.

The Darkness concludes that the Master used his eye and apprentice to travel into the future, to which the Master states that it wasn't his final goal, only an important step. He also reveals that seven more lifeboats were made and they could have anyone on them. The Master questions about Darkness's plan while Darkness remains unmoved. The Masters says that he's tired of watching the endless battles but did see something in the future. When the Darkness asks what is it, the Master only replies, "A world I can't even conceive".

In another talk on the hill overlooking Daybreak Town, one of the 13 willful Darknesses asks the Master about his unpredictable nature. The Master asks if the darkness wants to understand and the darkness states that it is important to understand your enemy. The Master of Masters begin with an analogy of a chessboard, at the start everything is easy to understand and control. Now imagine to board expanding, one fairy tale at a time, without end or limit. No matter where they run or how many lives spend expanding the world, darkness will always follow.

Darkness appears right behind the Master, telling him that it's because they are friends but, the Master walks away telling it that he could use some time alone. The Darkness asks where the Master plans to leave and the Master tells it that he's going to a world where "neither light nor darkness rules". The Master asks the darkness if it know what sets humans apart from other living beings. The Master says that people want to believe in the future and that he wants to believe too. Believe in a world that he can't even imagine, a world of fiction. This world is not a data world but a place where voices and sight can't reach.

In the master's study, the Master orders Luxu to watch but not interfere as event happen between his fellow apprentices and gives him the Black Box. The Master decides to tell Luxu about its contents, on the condition he swear not to tell anyone else. Whatever it was caused Luxu great surprise and he asks him why, to which the Master simply said that he'll see. Luxu asks once more and the Master offers him a hint. When the Lifeboats depart, the world would have completed its purpose. When these happens Luxu would have to take a corridor of Darkness to another world to escape the destruction.

The Master tells him that there was no way to defeat the darkness but, rather they needed to gather Keyblade wielder's strength to pass on to the next generation. The world exists to raise the Dandelions, where they would ready a new generation of Keyblade wielders. This new generation could win against the darkness thus, ending the Keyblade War.

When Luxu turns to leave with the Black Box the Master stops him, telling Luxu that there was one other thing he must know. The Master tells him that Darkness cast away its physical form in order to attack people's hearts, causing the deaths of countless allies of the Master. At some point however Darkness realized that without a physical form, they would slowly lost their wills. The Master quotes a passage stating, "From seven, all is fulfilled. From thirteen, chaos is born". The Master states that the Darkness began as 13 pieces. The Darknesses that spread and developed their own forms became the Heartless while, those that took on physical hosts developed a will of their own. Those willful Darknesses want hosts with strong hearts.

Darkness can't be destroyed without a physical body and darkness will only possess those will strong hearts. The Master then revealed the horrible truth; his six apprentice were trained to become host for the darkness. However the Master trained them to be resilient to the darkness, to prevent it from consuming their minds even as their heart was lost to the darkness. The Master of Masters justified his actions, stating that they were at war. A war between people and something entirely different. During a war you can't be sentimental, you have to be willing to do anything for victory. The Master told Luxu that there are 13 willful Darknesses and out of them, the strongest seven would be bound into the Master's and his apprentices' hearts. When they die, they darkness inside them will perish with them. That is the true purpose of the Keyblade War.

Luxu asked if the Unions and the deaths of their wielders were necessary and Master answered that is was. He noted the passage about the traitor in the Book of Prophecies and used it to plant doubt and discord among the Foretellers. In order for Darkness to want to possess someone, that person must have terrible, real emotions. As those emotions grow, the darkness will feed off it and attempt to take over their hearts. The Master wants the darkness to take over their hearts meanwhile five more of the darknesses will feed off of the new Union of the Dandelions. With 12 darknesses despatched, one darkness would remain in the world.

Luxu was disgusted by his master's plan, arguing that the destruction of the darkness wasn't worth the lives of the Keyblade wielders in Unions. The Master reminded him not to let sentimentality cloud his judgment. Those who are consumed by Darkness suffer tragic fates, something that he witnessed his loved ones suffer through. His plan would honor the dignity all people with hearts, finally destroying their sworn enemy. The Master then states that he has a safety plan, should his plans fail.

As Luxu nods his head and leaves with the Black Box, the Master repeats his old mantra, "May your heart, be your guiding key". The Master mutters to himself that whatever Luxu thought and did would be the key to the future. The Master then titles him as, "Traitor Luxu".

Kingdom Hearts Dark Road[]

The Master encounters Xehanort unconscious in the Realm of Darkness and concludes that he must be the "singularity". When Xehanort wakes up, he asks the Master for his name but the Master only makes numerous claims of his name. The Master tells Xehanort that he saved him and concludes that Xehanort thought he could withstand the darkness. Evading the question, Xehanort asks the Master what he was doing the Realm of Darkness but the Master tells him that he only wants to talk.

Setting themselves on a nearby rock, the Master tells Xehanort that he used to use Keyblades similar to how Keyblade wielders did. Xehanort questions why he hasn't heard of the Master before and summons his Keyblade threateningly. The Master then summons Xehanort's Keyblade right out of his hand and gives the blade to back Xehanort, asking if he trusts him now.

Kingdom Hearts III[]

The Master of Masters is mentioned by the Secret Reports written by Luxu. It was stated that out of the five new Union leaders, there is one he didn't chose. Luxu also lamented that without the Master, the darkness began to spread even without any Keyblade War. It has been stated that the Master will return after the Keyblade War comes to a close and the Foretellers are reunited with Luxu.

The Master of Masters is seen in the secret movie Yozora. As he stands atop a building, he uses his hands to make an outline of Kingdom Hearts with the distant moon.

Kingdom Hearts III Re Mind[]

Master Xehanort told Xigbar and Saïx that about seventy-five years ago, he had met the Master of Masters at the Keyblade Graveyard, and how the latter gave him his Black Coat with which to repel Darkness while browsing the different Worlds. Xehanort tells the Master that all the "Corruption" he had seen through the many Worlds he had visited, had made him lose his faith in humanity. Determined to put Order into this Chaos, he decides that it would be necessary to "remake the Worlds". He says his decision will become clear after his next Mark of Mastery Exam, but the Master of Masters tells Xehanort that the results don't matter if he has already made his decision.

He says that soon Xehanort will no longer need his Black Coat, as he will be powerful enough to control the Darkness without it. Xehanort asks if he is a fortune teller, but Master of Masters only makes numerous claims about his identity before telling Xehanort his name, explaining himself to be one of the "Lost Masters". As he leaves a shocked Xehanort and the Master repeats his matra, "May your heart, be your guiding key".

The Master's Plan[]

The Master discovered a way to call a ceasefire, a pause in the endless conflict between light and darkness. When the darkness abandoned its physical form in favor of a formless one, it became invincible while in this formless state. However without a physical body, the darkness would slowly revert to a primal state, unable to form plans and to rationalize. In order to stave of this fate, 13 darknesses possessed beings of light. These "willful" darknesses possessed beings of light in order to spread darkness to other worlds, infecting the worlds with darkness. However while the darkness possessed someone, if that person was killed, the darkness inside them would perish alongside the host.

This concept formed the basis of the Master of Master's plan; to lure the 13 willful darknesses into possessing people with hearts so strong with light, that the darkness wouldn't consume their minds. When these beings were killed, the darkness inside of them would fall with them.

The Foretellers[]

To this end, Master of Masters took on six apprentices, whom he gave the names Ava, Aced, Invi, Ira, Gula, and Luxu. He crafted their Keyblades, taught them how to use it, and gave most of them the Book of Prophecies. In the book, the Master claimed it detailed the events of the future and on the last page the book described that, "On that fated land, a great war shall transpire. Darkness will prevail and the light expire". The book was created using the Gazing Eye Keyblade, in it the Master implanted his very own eye. Through this eye, he could see any event that the Keyblade witnesses in the future and wrote his findings in the Book of Prophecies.

The Master charged Ava, Aced, Invi, Ira, and Gula to form and lead the Unions Vulpes, Ursus, Anguis, Unicornis, and Leopardos respectively. The Unions would be made up Keyblade wielders who would gather Lux, the light of the would, and tasked in battling the Heartless. The Union leaders, later called the Foretellers, were given rules by the Master in which they had to follow. The Union leaders were forbidden from forming alliance between the Unions, forbidden from summoning Kingdom Hearts, and were each given a secret role they had to follow should the Master disappear. Unbeknownst to the Foretellers, the Master designed their individual roles in order to drive them apart.

Ira's role was to lead the Foretellers in the Master's absence. Leadership under him proved a disaster as Ira was a passive and a hands off leader, which put him at odds with the headstrong Aced. With conflict between the Foretellers boiled to the point of fighting, Ira only interfered after the dust settled.

Aced role was to support Ira's leadership, with the caveat that should Ira prove insufficient, he should take over as leader. Aced's disappointment over not being leader, coupled with his headstrong and forceful personality caused him to accept this second task with enthusiasm. This translated to Aced openly question Ira's decisions, making alliances with other Foretellers, and fighting Ira's most loyal supporter Invi. His disillusionment of Ira's leadership resulted in Aced believing that only he could lead the world. Near the beginning of the Keyblade War, Aced resolved to gather strong Keyblade wielders and wished to banish the other Foretellers, to secure his dominance of the world.

Invi roles was to moderate and resolve conflicts between the Unions. However her adherence to the Master's teachings resulted in her acting as a spy for Ira, reporting the goings on of the other Union to him. This caused conflict between her and Aced, resulting in a fight to break out across Daybreak Town.

Gula's role is to find and stop a traitor hidden among the Foretellers. He was given the lost page of the Book of Prophecies which describes the traitor. In it the page describes the traitor as "The one that bears the sigil." and that "balance observed, strength misplaced, a future filled with sorrow, Words of truth misunderstood as they explore the secret of tomorrow". The page was intentionally left vague and ambiguous so that Gula would lose hope of finding the traitor. In his desperation he would drastically increase the lux his Union collected, in order to summon Kingdom Hearts with the his belief that the Master would be forced to return. This would cause conflict between the Unions, as wielders fought each other to gather Lux for their Unions.

Lastly Ava's role was to gather exceptional Keyblade wielders regardless of Union. These "Dandelions" would flee the conflict of the Keyblade War and seek refuge in a data world, away from the destruction of the real world. In this new world, Ava was to make Ephemer, Skuld, Brain, Strelitzia, and Lauriam Union leaders of the Dandelions. Ava, who demonstrated multiple times that she could get the other Foretellers to cease hostilities, was given the most disruptive and dangerous role out of the Foretellers. In their minds, Ava was stealing wielders of other Unions to form her own army to use against them in the Keyblade War.

This conflict between the five Foretellers would plant terrible negative emotions inside the Foretellers, insuring that five of the willful darknesses would try to possess them. However the training the Master imparted on his student prevented them from being consumed by the darkness, rather the darkness would be trapped within the Foretellers hearts, unable to leave their bodies.

Luxu however was given the most important role of the Master's apprentices, to observe and watch the future with the Gazing Eye Keyblade. After the Master's disappearance, Luxu needed to watch over his master's keyblade insuring that it witnessed major events so that the Master could write the Book of Prophecies. Luxu and the the Master of Masters were to each hold one of the willful darknesses, making the seven most powerful darknesses inside the the Master and his six apprentices. Luxu was meant to only watch the future however, he was the only one who was told by the Master about his full plan to defeat the darkness. Luxu was disgusted by his Master's careless sacrifices but the Master knew that he would defy his given role, making him a traitor.

The Dandelions[]

The new world that the Dandelions would find themselves in would be a data backup of Daybreak Town. The five new Union Leaders would attract the attention of five more willful darknesses, however once they entered the world they find themselves unable to escape. The only way for anyone to return to the real world was to enter in a lifeboat hidden in the Clocktower. When a lifeboat was activated however, a countdown would begin resulting in the data world entering a period of sleep, in order to prevent the darknesses from escaping.

In summary the Master and his six apprentices would each house one darkness while, the five Union leaders of the dandelions would each house one, making 12 of the 13 darknesses housed in a physical body. The plan for the final 13th darkness is unknown however.

Abilities[]

Currently, nothing is known about the Master's might but he is certainly an extraordinarily skilled and powerful Keyblade Master, having personally trained the incredibly strong and skilled Foretellers and Luxu, molding them into powerful Keyblade Masters in their own right,

All the Foretellers show absolute respect for him, able to effortlessly intimidate even the arrogant and powerful Aced merely pretending to find his disapproval of Ira becoming the leader undesirable. The Master has also indicated that he is stronger than the being who calls itself Darkness, as he stated that Darkness is wary of him and would prefer to avoid a fight with him.

Being perhaps the oldest character alive in the series, the Master has extraordinary knowledge and wrote his findings in the Book of Prophecies. From his study of the χ-blade, the Master has the ability to create Keyblades from the hearts of others and can also seemingly construct Keyblades of his own without needing to use the hearts of others, as he was able to create the Gazing Eye, which was not his main Keyblade, through unknown means.

The Master also appears to be extremely skilled in time-based magic, having been able to enchant the Gazing Eye within the Gazing Eye Keyblade he gave Luxu so from it he could perceive anything the Eye saw from anywhere throughout time. He enchanted the Book of Prophecies with the power to summon powers, characters, and settings from the future.

The data world he made for the Dandelions would trap people traveling from the future, preventing any attempts to rewrite the past. He also invented the Lifeboat that was capable of allowing time-travel to the future at the cost of losing ones body. The Master managed to come up with a way to travel into the future by using the memories of Luxu and his eyes as a medium as well as using the Book of Prophecies as a waypoint. He also stating that he is not bound by either the boundaries of time or the worlds, suggesting that he, like Merlin and Yen Sid, has the ability to circumvent the normal rules of time travel.

The Master also appears to be highly proficient in manipulating light and darkness, being capable of creating the Spirit Chirithies for the Foretellers and their Union members, creatures capable of wielding powers of light and becoming corrupted by darkness. He also created bangles capable of siphoning and harnessing dark energy. In a conversation with Luxu, the Master was able to surround themselves with a pitch-black darkness and displayed the ability to influence technology, shutting down the computers of the room.

He also shown to seemingly teleport, instantly appearing behind Luxu's back as soon as he restored the light and displayed the ability to warp reality to create realistic projections, surrounding himself and Luxu with an illusion of the Dive to the Heart and generating images of the Foretellers to circle around them.

Through unknown means, he was able to remain alive through the centuries after the Keyblade War indicating he is either immortal or used the same heart-extraction technique Luxu used to remove his heart from his body and then possess another body. The Master discovered the world of fiction Quadratum, knowing of its nature that effectively meant no light or darkness can reach it, and had the ability to reach it and somehow return to the real world and back to Quadratum, as displayed by his ability to visit Xehanort and then remain there.

An extremely intelligent and wise man, the Master of Masters is an extraordinary strategist and manipulator, as he gave each of the Foretellers their own roles specifically based on his knowledge of how they would react to successfully ensure the Keyblade War would occur.

The Master also has the ability to summon the Keyblade of other wielders, shown when he summoned Xehanort's Keyblade from his hand to his.

Weapon[]

Although the main Keyblade of the Master of Masters is unknown, he created and briefly wielded The Gazing Eye, a Keyblade forged from one of his eyes, which he used to see future events in order to write the Book of Prophecies.
