Only two characters can learn this ability, Sora learns this ability from the Ultima Weapon and Donald learns it from his Ultimate Weapon, Save the Queen+. It is also an automatically equipped ability for Sora's Wisdom Form. Auron also has this ability, as do a couple of other World Allies.
