Trophies and achievements are collectible in-game targets in the 1.5 ReMIX version of Kingdom Hearts, obtained by performing specific objectives. Objectives include completing worlds, obtaining all collectibles, and defeating optional bosses. Collecting all 55 trophies or achievements will unlock the final one called KINGDOM HEARTS Master.

The 1.5 + 2.5 ReMIX combo pack release for the PlayStation 4 (and any other platforms) made a few minor changes to some of the trophies and achievements, deviating slightly from the original 1.5 ReMIX release which was only available for the PlayStation 3. Specifically "Gummi Ship Collector" was changed to only require a total of thirty blueprints, instead of all of them. The three acquired by defeating the final boss were technically unchanged, but have been made stackable, as such completing Proud Mode also unlocks the lower tiered trophies and achievements.

Missable trophies and achievements[]

The only missable (those requiring a specific difficulty aside) collectible targets are "Speedster", "Undefeated", and "Unchanging Armor". All three are relatively easy and unchallenging if you are an experienced player, moreso when you play on Beginner Mode. Speedster is helped by skipping as much optional content as possible, including 100 Acre Wood, Olympus Coliseum (to some degree, the rewards are still useful), Monstro, and either Atlantica or Halloween Town (preferably the former). Picking the Dawn level-up speed is also recommended. Undefeated is hard to fail, as you only need to avoid selecting Continue and saving after a game over, if you do select Continue just restart manually and reload your last save.

Lastly, Unchanging Armor forces you to play with the weapons and accessories all characters come equipped with from the start. This means that in Beginner Mode you can still use Sora's default Ribbon and EXP Necklace, provided you do not unequip them (only manually changing any equipment is considered a failure). You are still allowed to equip and use healing items. Other than that, the loss of accessories means Donald and Goofy will be somewhat weaker than other party members, making relying on them more recommended.
