As the leader of the Unicornis Union, he has a solemn personality and is tactical and open-minded with his endeavors. However, his serious outlook is subject to ridicule by the Master of Masters.

Amongst the Foretellers Ira appears to be the most "smart" of the group, able to figure out the presence of a lost page in the Book of Prophecies. However his conclusions as often inaccurate such as the traitor having the lost page or that only a Foreteller could have passed out the bangles to the Keyblade wielders.

Ira, despite being the leader of the Foretellers, is the the most passive of the group preferring to work through intermediaries like Invi. The only times he uses his position was when the Foretellers were already fight each other or when he could discover the lost page's contents.

Physical Appearance[]

He has the appearance of a young adolescent man. His signature animal emblem for his union is a unicorn and his robe's color scheme is white, gold, blue, and purple.

History[]

Kingdom Hearts χ Back Cover[]

Ira meets with the Master of Masters on a hill overlooking Daybreak Town. The Master inquiries if Ira looked through the Book of Prophecies to which Ira states that he is still looking through it. Ira then asks if the last page of the book is true; A great war will transpire and darkness would prevail and light expire. The Master casually states that it was a "bummer" and if he were to disappear, Ira would take over as leader of the other unions. The Master reminisces over Kingdom Hearts and Ira infers that the Keyblades the Master gave them were to protect it from darkness. The Master disavows this view, stating that the final passage in the book will come to pass and that it's pointless to resist.

The Master alternatively want Ira to focus on after the war rather than change the fate in the Book. Ira however disagrees and wonders about abandoning the people in the world to the darkness. Ira determinedly declares his desire to avoid the war, to which the Master of Masters cheerfully replies "good luck" and leaves.

In another meeting in the Master's study, the Master of Masters unveils his creation; a Chirithy. He explains that Chirithys would be paired and help thier keyblade wielders in thier tasks. The Master of Masters also reveals that if a wielder has fallen to darkness, thier Chirithy would turn dark and become a nightmare. This nightmare would plant darkness into the hearts of others and if unrestricted, would create an army of nightmares.

Sometime after the Master of Master's disappearance, Ira calls a meeting of the Foretellers and reveals the presence of a nightmare. Ira notes that the bangles the keyblade wielders of their unions were given, were designed to collect dark energy. If the wielders used said dark energy, it would be equivalent to using the power of darkness. Since the bangles could not be created and distributed on such a wide scale by anyone, Ira concludes that someone among the Foretellers must have disturbed this, and thus was a traitor.

Invi, Aced and Ava all disagreed with this conclusion, with Invi telling him it could have been anyone, Ava saying that there was no evidence and Aced complaining that Ira inspires only doubt. Aced, Gula, and Ava quickly leave the meeting but Invi stays behind. Invi questions Ira on why he would accuse someone of being a traitor without evidence and Ira confides his belief that there is a missing page in their Book of Prophecies. Since the nightmare is not recorded in the book, Ira concludes that a lost page exists that would detail who it belongs to and the person who has the lost page is the traitor. Invi agrees and says that she will look over the others for the lost page and the traitor.

Later Invi reports a confrontation she had with Aced, claiming that Aced tried to form an alliance with her. Ira assumes that Aced is the traitor but Invi rebukes this, claiming that Aced's heart is still in the light, even through his actions disregard the Master's teachings. Invi then leaves, warning that her report will be less frequent now that Aced knows they are working together.

After Aced's fights with Invi and Gula, Ira confronts a wounded Aced. Aced falls to the ground and asks for a quick end but Ira lifts him up, stating that the foretellers are too few to lose thier numbers now. Aced is grateful for his mercy but worries if Ira is wrong, telling him that Gula is in procession of the lost page. Ira orders Aced to lay low for awhile and leaves to find Gula.

After (presumably) a talk with Invi, Ira arrives on a bridge near Gula to confront him about the lost page. He is stopped however by Ava who refuses to let Ira pass. After trying to get her to move, Ira gives up and leaves the scene.

Kingdom Hearts χ[]

If the Player joins Union Unicornis, they meet with Ira shortly after arriving in Daybreak Town. He explains that the player's keyblade allows them to take on lesser Heartless but stronger foes must be conquered using groups of Keyblade wielders. After a battle with a Darkside Heartless, Ira warns all present that some wielders were corrupted by darkness and they must find these traitors. He then summons a portal and leaves the wielders.

An outline of Ira is seen when the Player's Chirithy explains the Foretellers to the Players. Chirithy explains that the Foretellers were given thier names and the Book of Prophecies by the Master of Masters. Even through they each walk different paths, they all wish to prevent the events described in the last page of the book; That on a fated land and great war will transpire, darkness would prevail while light expires.

If the Player joins Union Unicornis, Ira talks to a Chirthy about the Keyblade wielder's high collection rate of Lux. He observes that the darkness also continues to expand despite the wielders efforts. Chirthy asks that if a traitor exists amongst the Foretellers, to which Ira says that he doesn't believe that yet.

The Player dreams of Ira alongside the other Foretellers and the Master of Masters. In the dream, the Master explaining something to the Foretellers but, the Player is consumed by darkness before they could figure out what.

If the Player is a part of Union Unicornis Ava disguised as Ira, interrupts the Player and Skuld as they look through the Master's study. "Ira" chastises Chirithy for letting the wielders enter a restricted area and walks past the Player and Skuld. He recounts that another Keyblade wielder also broke through the Clocktower earlier in the week. Ira tells the group that Ephemer was only using them for information and that he killed him. Wishing to avenge Ephemer, the Player challenges Ira to a fight, accepting that this could mean that they had darkness in thier heart.

After a fight between the Player and Aced in Daybreak Town square, Ira arrives via a portal. He admonishes Aced for striking another Keyblade wielder but Aced brushes it off, stating that he was only testing the Player. Aced then condemns the other four Foretellers for collecting Lux at such a competitive rate, causing strife between the unions. Aced concludes that only a single leader could maintain the world's balance and that he, along with his union would banish the other Foretellers while Aced would lead in thier stead. When Ira doubts Aced's strength, Aced summons a portal and leaves.

As the crowd of Keyblade wielders watching disperses, Skuld asks Ira about the incoming Keyblade War but only tells her it is inevitable. Skuld then asks why he fights in the war, to which Ira says it is to ensure there are no winners. Ira tells her to prepare herself for the coming conflict and leaves.

During the Keyblade War if the Player is not a part of Union Unicornis, Ira meets the player on the battlefield. Ira recognizes the Player and states that he'll be merciful, as the fight begins. After the battle, Ira comments on the wasted potential of the Player but, turns around and blocks a surprise attack from Aced. Aced proclaims that, he will rebuild the world after the war as its new Master. Ira accuses Aced of disrupting the balance of the Unions and the two Foretellers leap into the sky to battle each other.
