Kingdom Hearts χ Back Cover[]
In the Master's study, the Master of Masters assigns her role to observe and solve disputes between the unions when Ira takes over him. Invi expresses her nervousness for the challenge of leading the Anguis Union while the Master playfully wonders if Invi wants him to go. The Master of Masters admits the changes would be hard for everyone but the world needs to move forward while Invi needs to keep up.
In another meeting in the Master's study, the Master of Masters unveils his creation; a Chirithy. He explains that Chirithys would be paired and help thier keyblade wielders in thier tasks. The Master of Masters also reveals that is a wielder has fallen to darkness, thier Chirithy would turn dark and become a nightmare. This nightmare would plant darkness into the hearts of others and if unrestricted would create an army of nightmares.
Sometime after the Master of Master's disappearance, Ira calls a meeting of the Foretellers and reveals the presence of a nightmare. Invi recalls that the nightmares are caused by someone falling into darkness and doubts that someone is one of the Foretellers. She also tries to calm Aced when he angrily accuses Ira of implying that one of them is the traitor.
When Aced, Gula, and Ava leave the meeting Invi confronts Ira, noting that he would never accuse anybody without proof. Ira tells her that the nightmare is not mentioned in the Book of Prophecies and deduces that there must be a lost page detailing who fell to darkness. Ira concludes that whoever has the lost page must be the traitor and Invi agrees to spy on the other Foretellers for the lost page.
Invi is later invited to a secret meeting with Aced, who proposes an alliance between his, Gula's and Invi's union, to counter the growing threat of darkness. Invi angrily objects to the plan citing that the Master of Masters forbaded alliances and then accuses Aced of being the traitor. Aced retaliates claiming that Invi spys on the unions for Ira, rather than acting as the impartial mediator. Invi is shocked by accusation and leaves the meeting.
In the Master's study, Invi recounts her meeting with Aced to Ira. She concludes that Aced must not be the traitor because while his actions violate the master's teachers ultimately, it is done to serve the light. Invi leaves telling Ira that her reports will be less frequent now that Aced thinks she's spying for Ira.
Sometime later Aced attacks Invi, catching her off guard and forcing her to summon her Keyblade. She manages to stun Aced with her water magic, just as Gula and Ava arrive. Invi explains to them that Aced is the traitor and the three of them manage to force Aced to retreat.
Invi later confronts Ava, suspicious of her new faction; the Dandelions. Invi accuses her of stealing the best and brightest of the 5 unions, to Ava's own private union and training in a secret location. Ava angrily defends herself stating that its her role, given by the Master of Masters. Invi and Ava apologizes to each other but Invi notes the growing hostilities between the unions. With Gula and Aced gathering lux for thier own respective goals, Invi realizes that she and Ava must also gather lux to keep the balance. Invi acknowledges that this "balance" would only delay the inevitable Keyblade War but resigns herself to this fate.
Kingdom Hearts χ[]
If the Player joins Union Vulpus, they meet with Invi shortly after arriving in Daybreak Town. She explains that the Player's keyblade allows them to take on lesser Heartless but stronger foes must be conquered using groups of Keyblade wielders. After a battle with a Darkside Heartless, Invi warns all present that some wielders were corrupted by darkness and they must find these traitors. She then summons a portal and leaves the wielders.
An outline of Invi is seen when the Player's Chirithy explains the Foretellers to the Players. Chirithy explains that the Foretellers were given thier names and the Book of Prophecies by the Master of Masters. Even through they each walk different paths, they all wish to prevent the events described in the last page of the book; That on a fated land and great war will transpire, darkness would prevail while light expires.
If the Player joins Union Vulpus, Invi talks to a Chirthy about the Keyblade wielder's high collection rate of Lux. She observes that the darkness continues to expand despite the wielders efforts. Chirthy asks that if a traitor exists amongst the Foretellers, to which Invi says that she doesn't believe that yet.
If the Player is a part of Union Anguis Ava disguised as Invi, interrupts the Player and Skuld as they look through the Master's study. ¨Invi¨ chastises Chirithy for letting the wielders enter a restricted area and walks past the Player and Skuld. She recounts that another Keyblade wielder also broke through the Clocktower earlier in the week. Invi tells the group that Ephemer was only using them for information and that she killed him. Wishing to avenge Ephemer, the Player challenges Invi to a fight, accepting that this could mean that they had darkness in thier heart.
During the Keyblade War if the Player is not a part of Union Anguis, Invi meets the Player on the battlefield. She apologizes for dragging them into the war and promises that she'll make the fight quick. After a battle with the Player, Invi admits that she is impressed with the Player's Union leader for raising one like them. Invi then turns and walks away, telling the Player that they must make it through the Keyblade War.
