Focus Block (チャージガード Chāji Gādo?, lit. "Charge Guard") is a technique usable by Terra and Ventus in Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep and Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep Final Mix. It allows the user to block attacks head-on and restore some of the Focus Gauge if successful.

In Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep, Focus Block is a Defense Command that has a maximum level of 3.
