Creeper Plants are Heartless that appear in Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories and Kingdom Hearts II.
Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories
They are encountered in Wonderland and the Underworld. They are rooted to the ground. They attack by shooting seeds at Sora and using their vines to creep under the ground and strike-up, hitting Sora.

A flower-like Heartless. It's rooted in one place but staying in far away isn't enough, since it can spit seed and attack from below with it's sharp roots.
Kingdom Hearts II
Journal Entry
It stays in place and shoots seeds. Use reaction commands when it counterattacks with its roots. Use Root Ravager to uproot and attack surrounding enemies at once!
