This is the second visit walkthrough for Agrabah as featured in Kingdom Hearts II, as well as its Final Mix version. After landing, Sora and his friends end up in the Peddler's Shop again, this time lavishly decorated and filled with gold items. They inquired after Organization XIII, but the Peddler proclaimed he knew nothing. Afterwards, Aladdin entered the shop and called the Peddler out for freeing Jafar from the lamp.
Completing the world for a second time also grants you the bronze trophy and achievement What Friends Are For in the 2.5 ReMIX version.
Walkthrough[]
After the cutscenes, exit the shop and the city, during which you will encounter Neoshadows, Fat Bandits, Luna Bandits, Crimson Jazzes, Silver Rocks, and Fiery Globes. Once outside the city you need to head towards the Sandswept Ruins, after Genie removes the localized sandstorm, where you can only use Carpet to traverse the area. You will be without your party members, but can otherwise use all of your normal abilities, with Carpet acting as a mobile platform you stand on and can use to move around. The only enemies in the ruins are Rapid Thrusters, Hook Bats, and Fortunetellers.
At first you must chase Jafar's clone around, who will fly around the area and charge a spell to throw at you, or call Heartless to attack. Eventually he will flee towards a distant tower, where you must fight a few Heartless, after which a monument appears on the tower's roof. Interact with it to see three scenes of a set of floating orbs, which are actually magic-activated switches. The first is underneath the tower's bridge, the second is underneath an arch on the right after returning to the ruins area, and the third on-top another tower at the start of the ruins. Each switch must be hit with the appropriately colored primary magic spell, timed properly when all orbs are the same color.
After all switches are triggered you need to rush back to the tower and enter it through the newly-opened doorway. Inside you can find two large treasure chests, containing a map and the final set of Torn Pages. Go into the only accessible room for a cutscene, after which you must flee the ruins while going through the Magic Carpet minigame. Sora will automatically fly around the ruins while he has to smack Heartless that will position themselves in front of him. Fortunetellers require a combo finisher to be knocked away, whereas the rest simply fall to single hits. Dodge falling obstacles when possible until you automatically return to Agrabah. Head for the Palace to immediately start a bossfight with Genie Jafar.
Genie Jafar bossfight[]

The Genie Jafar bossfight.
Genie Jafar is fought alone, while controlling Sora who will be riding Carpet again. He will use a variety of attacks, including melee swings, throwing buildings at you, and casting spells in the form of fireballs and calling down thunder. If possible use Carpet to engage rapid movement to avoid his ranged attacks, otherwise time them and use Reflect to guard against incoming projectiles. His attack patterns change somewhat after losing 30% and 60% HP, but with his relatively small health bar the difference is negligible. At less than 40% HP he can shroud the area in darkness and send a constant barrage of Debris at Sora.
Jafar's head is the main target, you can also attack his hands and stomach, with the latter being especially recommended as this will stun him. When stunned, you can use Roll Up and Spin Burst to stun him even longer, at which point you should proceed to attack his head directly. Note that after these Reaction Commands he can use a paralysis attack to counter you, although he will use it freely after losing 30% HP will use it more often outside of counter-attacks regardless.
Defeating Jafar grants a Fire Element, and thus the final Firaga spell. The next location is Halloween Town (walkthrough), although it is recommended to first visit 100 Acre Wood (walkthrough) and complete the final episode.
