Este foi um remix da versão emKingdom Hearts. É a principal diferença é que ele tem um tom ligeiramente diferente do original.

Nesta versão,Under the Sea, foi a terceira canção do musical de Atlantica e visualmente foi uma recriação da versão original de The Little Mermaid. Contém vocais, mas eles são uma versão abreviada das letras. A razão mais lógica para isso é que não gostariam que o Mission Song ficasse repetitivo e chato. Esta versão inclui vocais então ela tem duas versões: Inglês e Japonês.

No jogo você tem que levantar o ícone de sereia para a parte superior da barra. O truque para esse segmento é que você tem que pressionar o botão Quadrado esó quando a figura da Ariel é mostrada. Caso mostre Sebastian, apenas ignore, não apertando nenhum botão.
