Kingdom Hearts -HD 2.5 ReMIX- Original Soundtrack est l'album regroupant les musiques arrangées du jeu vidéo Kingdom Hearts -HD 2.5 ReMIX-. L'équipe musicale du Video Game Orchestra réarrangea près de 90 morceaux du second épisode, ainsi que quelques morceaux de l'épisode Birth by Sleep. Des musiciens proches de Yoko Shimomura ont également participé au projet. L'album sortira le 26 novembre 2014 au Japon. Les seuls morceaux qui n'ont pas été réarrangés sont la chanson thème et les morceaux supervisés par Kaoru Wada.
