Alinta glanced over to the others and raised a brow. "It was only when I was a baby, but...it was a quick glance too. So really, I haven't been able to get a better look since," she explained, almost sadly.

Max walked up to her and patted her shoulder. “I can see, but I think only you should be able to see his face. You are his daughter, after all; I’m not his son.” He said before he walked back to Gizmo and Alan.

Alinta smiled and turned back to her parental figure, she takes the rim of his hood and takes a breath. "Let's see what you're hiding there, father..." she muttered and slowly removed the hood to see--"!"

“What? What happened?” Max asked her. Gizmo turned away. “😖”

Alinta tilted her head...his face...

He had black hair, his facial features looked a little young for a male such as him, and his skin was slightly pale. "That face..." she gently traced it with her finger. "It looks...familiar..." was all she could muster.

Max slowly walked over. “Is something…wrong?” He asked. He wondered if this could be connected with the vision she had a day or two earlier.

Alinta closed her eyes, and she placed a hand over her head. "I...don't know? It's just that...I'm looking at his face, and it feels....like I've seen it somewhere before." she sighed. "I'm still trying to get a hang of this sudden new change that I'm not from this timeline, and that I was sent here by my own mother in order to protect me from a world that ended a long time ago..."

Max nodded slowly. He turned to Gizmo and mouthed out something to him: “Why didn’t you tell me earlier?!” Gizmo shook his head. “😖”

Alinta smiled assuringly over to Gizmo. "There was...a lot going on to explain anything, I guess," she said.

Gizmo nodded with this as an excuse. Max shook his head and smiled. “So, then, what do we do now?” He asked her. “Do we wake him up, or go by ourselves and leave a note…?” He turned and gave thought to this.
