Rex is 'n karakter van die wêreld Toy Box wat gevind word in Kingdom Hearts III. Hy is oorspronklik uit die Disney/Pixar-rolprent Toy Story van 1995.
Rex is 'n speelding wat gebaseer is op 'n Toy Box dinosourus in besit van 'n seun genaamd Andy. Dit is een van die min speelgoed wat nie verdwyn het nie.
Verskyning[]
Rex is 'n speelding figuur wat lyk soos 'n prehistoriese dinosourus. Sy vel is gesaai met skubbe en meestal donker na lig groen gekleur. Die bors en maag het 'n beige kleur. Sy oë is rond en naby aan mekaar en het 'n wit oogbal en swart leerlinge. Sy twee neusgate is op die voorkant van die boonste kaak.

Rex het eers in 1995 verskyn in Pixar se eerste speelfilm Toy Story, uitgespreek deur Wallace Shawn. In die rolprent word hy as 'n bietjie naby Woody uitgebeeld en verkies om nie sy kante te maak in die daaropvolgende konflik tussen Woody en Buzz nie, veral wanneer Woody Buzz uit die venster klop.
