Die Cera Terror is 'n bonkige, gepantserde Dream Eater met 'n groot, breë helmteken op sy kop. Dit dra twee lang, elegant geboë horings bo elk van sy oë, sowel as 'n derde, baie korter horing op sy neus. Dit het 'n kort stert, vier bene met drie kort kloue aan elke voet en 'n bekagtige mond. Die voorpote word bedek met twee pauldrons (Pantser oksels) en die agterpote word ook deur rustings beskerm. Albei wapenrustings is versier met spiraalontwerpe.
